这时，站在周围的两位辅警见状立即冲上前，将男子控制住并带回了警务室进行处理。

经过警方初步调查，该男子姓龚，南京江宁人。由于他不配合检查并殴打民警，行为极其恶劣，南京地铁警方依据治安及地铁安保等相关条例对其予以行政拘留10日的处罚。警方表示，这也是南京地铁自实行安检以来，因拒绝配合民警安检而被拘留的第一起案件。

2006年初，历城区环卫局职工安吉勇认为同事李明亮在工作中常刁难自己，心生杀念，在得知任兴泉(已判刑)也想报复李明亮时，向任提出各出资4.5万元雇人杀害李明亮。安吉勇劝说其子安祥飞参与作案，观察李明亮上班的时间及路线，并选择在其老家附近的废弃水井杀人抛尸。
2006年3月17日7时许，安吉勇、安祥飞预谋后，驾驶轿车在历城区李明亮住处附近等候。看到李明亮独自去上班，安吉勇便驾车赶上，借口将李明亮骗至车上后排座。途中，安祥飞勒住李明亮的脖子，将李明亮摁倒在车内。后安吉勇、安祥飞将李明亮带至历城区华山镇北小街老庄西20米一废弃的水井处，不顾李明亮求饶，用尼龙绳将李明亮勒死后沉尸井底。后安吉勇谎称已雇人杀害了李明亮，任兴泉付给安吉勇4.5万元 herve leger white。

憨厚司机成作案目标
1999年1月23日中午，桑希福在山东省菏泽市长途汽车站旁等待客人。
时年42岁的桑希福是山东菏泽人，1998年年初，他和妻子双双下岗。为了挣钱养家，桑希福东挪西借13万元钱，买了一辆桑塔纳轿车跑出租。桑希福为人憨厚，在朋友圈中口碑甚好。
这时，桑希福的出租车旁走来了一名30多岁的男子。这名男子夹着公文包，穿着得体的衣服，领口处还打着制式的公安领带，显得非常干练。他对桑希福说，他是菏泽市一家银行的保卫科干部，因为春节快到了，领导安排他到新乡去催要一笔欠款。因为是替公家办事，车费可以提高些。
平时，桑希福一般在菏泽市区跑出租。菏泽到新乡有200多公里的距离，属于长途，一般情况下，司机们都不愿意和陌生人去外地。但是，桑希福看这名男子举手投足间像一位干部的样子，再加上自己也想多挣些钱，犹豫后便答应了。最后经过讨价还价，这名男子同意付给他500元车费。
出租车驶离市区后，桑希福打电话给妻子说，有客人要到新乡去，自己可能要晚一点回来。桑希福打完电话后刚放下手机，这名男子便说，他们此行要特别保密，这次催要的贷款数额比较大，如果司机打电话向别人透露了有用信息对自己不利。在该男子的提醒下，桑希福也没有多想就把手机电池给取了下来。
一路上，这名男子显得心事重重的样子，也不愿多说话。在这名男子的指引下，出租车行驶到新乡境内的一条乡间小道，路况非常不好。此时，桑希福心里开始疑惑：既然是去要账，怎么走乡间小道？于是，桑希福就对这名男子说：“我从报纸上看到，河南前两个月枪毙了一个人，是邮政储蓄所的，盗窃本单位的钱被人发现后杀人灭口。”不知道是不是桑希福的话起了作用，这名男子听后便说：“你看我像不像坏人？咱们不去新乡了，去鹤壁吧。鹤壁也有一笔债。”
车行驶到鹤壁市内时，天色尚早，这名男子大方地请桑希福吃了顿饭。饭后，两人继续赶路。在路上，桑希福突然看到这名男子腰间露出的手枪把，他心里一惊。但是这名男子若无其事地说，他是银行的保卫人员，这次出去要的贷款数额大，所以就带了一把手枪防身。桑希福也听说过银行保卫科配有枪支，于是便放宽了心。
车行驶不远后，坐在副驾驶位上的这名男子笑着对桑希福说：“你路不熟，让我来开吧。”尽管桑希福有些犹豫，但两人还是交换了座位。
身中七枪侥幸活命
当晚8时许，男子把车开到鹤壁市淇滨区桃园路中段附近时，突然把车停在路边。这个地方没有路灯，四周一片漆黑，桑希福心里有点害怕。这时，这名男子说，就在这里等几分钟，自己已经打电话通知过了，一会儿欠债的人就来送钱。殊不知，危险已经离桑希福越来越近。
几分钟过去了，这名男子对坐在副驾驶位置上的桑希福说：“欠债人马上就要来交钱了，按照规矩，你要脱下外衣把头罩住。”见桑希福犹豫，这名男子又说：“这样做是防止外人看到交钱人的模样，这也是对人家负责。”
将信将疑的桑希福脱下了自己的羽绒服外衣，把头蒙上。不过，想着这名男子沿途的种种表现，桑希福留了一手，他从衣服留下的缝隙中观察外边的动静。
这时，桑希福看到了可怕的一幕，只见这名男子掏出手枪对准他的头部。桑希福感到大事不妙，他本能地将头往下一低，子弹从他的后脑擦过。为了自保，桑希福使劲地上前夺枪。
这时，又是一声枪响，一颗子弹从桑希福的左嘴角穿过，顿时他的嘴里鲜血直流。这时，从后面驶来一辆轿车，桑希福见状忍痛跳车向前奔跑。这名男子又向桑希福开了5枪。桑希福奔到后面的轿车前大喊：“救命！”这时，这名开枪男子见状仓皇地逃跑了。
但是，路上这辆轿车并没有停下，浑身是血的桑希福强忍疼痛，急忙开车到市区报警。接到报警的鹤壁市淇滨公安分局刑警大队民警，迅速将桑希福送到鹤壁市人民医院抢救。医生发现桑希福身上居然有七个枪眼，而此时他已经昏迷不醒。后经抢救，桑希福脱离生命危险。
桑希福认为，凶手为了下手时避免其反抗骗他用外套蒙头，正是对方超近距离对外套下的头部开枪，导致判断误差。据办案民警介绍，除了外套外，夜间开枪、犯罪嫌疑人心情紧张等也是没有危及受害人生命的原因。
办案民警将案发情况连夜向省市公安机关汇报。案情重大，鹤壁市公安局很快成立了专案组。
桑希福报案时对警方说，这个凶手计划缜密，作案手段老到，不像是一般的歹徒，应该是一名警察。加上这名男子逃跑时留在车上的一个BP机，专案组很快查明这名持枪男子就是濮阳县公安局刑警大队民警王保丁。
为给情人买房筹划抢车
堂堂的警察怎么会持枪杀人呢？这与王保丁的一段婚外恋有关。
时年33岁的王保丁出生于濮阳县农村，高中毕业后参军，于1990年转业到濮阳县公安局刑警大队，成了一名令人羡慕的人民警察。
濮阳县位于河南省东北部，是濮阳市的南大门。1987年，该县在县城西水坡出土了距今6400年的蚌壳龙形图案，轰动中外考古界，被称为“中华第一龙”，濮阳县也因而被誉为“龙乡”。濮阳县位于中原油田开发建设腹地，境内有钻探、采油等大型厂矿53个，采油设施遍布全县20个乡镇和421个村庄，被称为“黑色黄金线”的中洛输油管线，在濮阳县境内有24公里。为非法获利，一些“油耗子”打孔窃油，给国家和集体造成重大损失 buy asics onitsuka tiger，王保丁因参与破获几起盗油案多次受到上级表彰。
1992年，王保丁和乡下姑娘张敏霞(化名)结婚。婚后，王保丁将妻子安排到县城一家工厂做临时工。第二年，出生不久的儿子患上了小儿麻痹症，这让王保丁心情十分烦躁。
1998年9月，王保丁到一家歌舞厅检查时，与女领班贾玲(化名)相识，后来二人开始同居。为了掩人耳目，贾玲来到鹤壁市一家酒店工作，王保丁给贾玲租了房子，隔一段时间他就去看望贾玲。
这样偷偷摸摸的日子过了3个月，贾玲便逼王保丁与妻子离婚。善良的张敏霞也知道了丈夫与贾玲的关系，她见丈夫不能回心转意，便协议离婚，儿子归张敏霞抚养，王保丁每月支付200元的抚养费。
和妻子离婚后，王保丁和贾玲定下婚期，在1999年“三八节”结婚。但是，贾玲提出要买一套新房结婚。那时，王保丁每月只有1000多元工资，一月开销后所剩无几，哪有余钱买房子。为此，王保丁没少想办法。最后，他决定抢劫一辆新轿车卖掉。
1999年1月23日，适逢王保丁休假，他换了便衣，带上填满子弹的五四式手枪，乘车来到了与河南濮阳相邻的山东菏泽市物色目标。在菏泽长途汽车站，他一连叫了几辆出租车，但司机都嫌远不愿意去，最后，王保丁把面相憨厚的桑希福作为抢劫对象。
与前妻租房一起落网
连开了7枪后，王保丁见桑希福没有死，他拦下一辆出租车，赶到贾玲的住处。他谎称自己的枪被一个亲戚借出去打死人了，让贾玲和自己一起逃亡。
贾玲听后吓坏了，但转念一想说：“又不是你开枪打死人了，为什么要逃跑，干脆你去投案自首，这样也能减轻处罚 cheap radii shoes。”
案发当晚，神情慌张的王保丁来到濮阳县公安局，他对值班的一位领导说，他的枪被一个亲戚借去后打伤了人，自己闯下了大祸，决定辞职。说完，他把警服脱下，又把那把手枪放在办公桌上。局领导感到事态严重，让王保丁把具体情况先写下来。这位局领导找到了值班的一位副局长，等两人再来到办公室时，王保丁就不见了。这时，鹤壁市公安局专案组的民警也赶来抓捕王保丁。此后，王保丁音信全无，这一逃就是10年。
王保丁的反侦查能力非常强，当晚，他租了一辆出租车，绕小路进入了邻近的山西晋城境内。王保丁化名“张国民”，在山西呆了一个多月后，又潜逃到甘肃，在一个私营小煤窑做矿工。因为小煤窑经常死人， 他就离开了小煤窑，靠四处打零工度日。
整天在外过着提心吊胆的日子，王保丁想到了前妻，对自己沦落到今天这样的地步非常懊悔。2003年4月的一天深夜，王保丁潜回老家，与前妻重叙旧情。
在王保丁的苦苦哀求下，前妻张敏霞终于又接纳了这个身背血债的负心汉。在家呆了几天后，王保丁又回到山西。之后，他隔一段时间就偷偷潜回老家和前妻团聚。其间，前妻还先后为他生下两个女儿。
2009年10月，王保丁干脆和前妻一起来到濮阳市内的一个城中村租房住下。
这年11月24日，接到举报后，鹤壁市淇滨公安分局将王保丁抓获归案。同年12月31日，王保丁因涉嫌故意杀人罪，被鹤壁市人民检察院批捕。外逃的张敏霞，因涉嫌包庇罪被警方通缉，3个孩子只得由他人抚养。
鹤壁市淇滨公安分局办案民警来到菏泽市桑希福的家，向他讲了王保丁被抓获的消息，桑希福闻讯放声大哭。案发后，桑希福在医院住了3个多月，虽然他花去10万多元医疗费后保住了一条命，但留下了严重的后遗症，失去了劳动能力。横祸来临后，他正在上高三的儿女不得不辍学打工。打工期间，由于过度劳累，他儿子患上了严重的肝硬化，于2009年元旦离世。此情此景也让民警们唏嘘掉泪。
构成故意杀人罪获刑15年
2010年3月，王保丁被河南省鹤壁市人民检察院以故意杀人罪提起公诉。
这年4月6日，桑希福向鹤壁市中级人民法院提交了刑事附带民事诉状，要求王保丁和濮阳县公安局赔偿65万余元。
桑希福认为，王保丁的行为对自己造成巨大的人身和精神伤害。因为伤残及严重的后遗症，他失去了劳动能力。儿子和女儿不得不放弃高考。因经济困难，儿子得病不能及时治疗而病故，儿媳离去，留下两个年幼的孙子需要自己抚养。在案件审理过程中，桑希福与王保丁及其亲属就刑事附带民事赔偿部分达成和解，并已履行完毕。
公诉方认为，王保丁身为人民警察，为了抢劫出租车，持枪杀人，手段残忍，后果严重，已构成故意杀人罪(未遂)。王保丁的辩护律师认为，此案应定性为故意伤害罪，而且被告人积极赔偿被害人，有认罪、悔罪表现。
法院经审理认为，王保丁持枪近距离朝被害人头部等要害部位连续射击，其杀人的故意明显。但“积极赔偿被害人，有认罪、悔罪表现”的辩护意见成立，予以支持。
2011年4月23日，笔者从鹤壁市中级人民法院了解到，该院一审以故意杀人罪(未遂)，判处王保丁有期徒刑15年，剥夺政治权利5年。一审判决后，王保丁没有提起上诉，现判决已经生效。E

“我娃学习一般，但还是比较乖的。我想不出有什么事情会让老师这么生气，把娃打了不说，还把眼球戳破了。娃今年才15岁，今后咋办？”小文的妈妈说到这里泪水涟涟。
小文是永寿县仪井镇初级中学初二(4)班的学生。6月27日下午3时多，他和两名同学一起回学校宿舍。按照学校规定，下午5时以后宿舍才开门，他们只好翻栅栏从女生宿舍旁边进入男生宿舍。“翻栅栏时被管宿舍的樊老师看见了，他当时就在下面骂我们，很难听……”小文回忆说，随后樊老师就上到二楼，手里拿着一个记事本和一支笔，要登记我们几个人的名字。

“当时学校给我说娃是碰伤的，属于意外，而且学生有意外伤害保险，到时候能给我们减轻一些经济负担。当天晚上去，娃也确实是这样说的。到了第二天娃才给我说是被老师手里的笔戳了。当时我非常气愤，这咋能是孩子自己碰伤的？老师为啥要教娃说谎？”
据医院眼科的关医生介绍，小文眼睛属于异物戳伤，“孩子送过来时伤情比较严重，眼球被戳破了 asics kayano womens。当天进行了清创，实施了伤口缝合，目前是消炎阶段，后面还要进行二次手术。恢复情况目前很难说。”
校长称当事保安、老师已停职

在凉山州甘洛县两河乡四面环山的泥觉村中，有一所7人的小学，学校里有一位临聘教师郭普全。除了泥觉村小学外，郭普全还担负着同乡俄洛村小学的教学工作。
22年前，在甘洛县两河乡金星小学代课的郭普全被调至两河乡偏远的村小泥觉村小学任教。因为教师缺乏，郭普全先后两次承担起另一偏远村小俄洛村小学的教学工作。如今，一师两校的状况依然。而这种一师两校的教学状况，占据了郭普全20多年教学生涯的大部分时间。
行课期间，郭普全上午在泥觉村小学上课，下午在俄洛村小学上课。
为了教学，郭普全每天来回步行2个多小时，翻山越岭10余公里，两地上课，风雨无阻……

校长手机放歌送祝福
夜幕降临，忙碌一天的郭普全做了一盘土豆、一碗白菜汤，庆祝自己的生日
8日下午，在甘洛县两河乡中心校校长周乃勋的带领下，成都商报记者来到郭普全任教的泥觉村小学。
“雷声大作，倾盆大雨，阳光灿烂……”走近一间略新的砖房前，一个身材微胖、皮肤黝黑的男子站在讲台上，手拿木棍，指着黑板上的字教学生们认读。
周乃勋说，正在上课的老师就是郭普全，因为知道有客人要来，他少有地调整了一次课，上午给俄洛村的孩子上课，下午给泥觉村的孩子上课。因为没有灯，教室内显得有些昏暗。在十多平方米的空间里，4套桌椅分两排摆着，坐着7名学生。
下课后，经郭普全同意，成都商报记者进入与教室一墙之隔的他的寝室。寝室被分为里外两间，外间是厨房，里间是卧室。厨房内，桌子上摆放着一个电饭煲、洋瓷碗等，还有几颗小白菜及半袋米，一把面条。卧室没有灯，一张单人床靠墙摆放。
当天是郭普全43岁的生日，也是他在泥觉村小学任教的第22个生日。夜幕降临，忙碌一天的郭普全做了一盘土豆、一碗白菜汤，庆祝自己的生日。周乃勋拿出自己的手机，放了一段儿童版的生日快乐歌。“没有礼物，但还是要祝你生日快乐。”说话间，周乃勋夹了一块土豆，放在郭普全的碗里。
抽空做午饭
下午要到另一校上课
因为教学条件有限，泥觉村小学目前只设有一、二年级，两年招一次生
9日早上7点过，孩子们陆续来到泥觉村小学上学。 郭普全早早起了床，并给学生上课。还是复习，课程内容是字词。
“因为教学条件有限，学校只设有一、二年级 Herve leger shop，两年招一次生。”郭普全介绍，现在就读的是二年级的学生，今年下半年准备招生，两个村预计招25人。
快到11点，学生下课。郭普全赶紧跑到厨房，舀了一碗米，用电饭煲煮上。“最后一节课下课后，饭就煮熟了，做个菜，吃了得马上赶路，要不然赶不上俄洛村那边的上课时间。”郭普全说，12点怎么都得出发，“那边上课的时间是下午1点，路上行走的时间就需要一小时左右。”
11点30分，学校下课。郭普全赶紧做了一个土豆片当菜，并在半小时内完成吃饭等工作。
“收拾东西准备走了。”郭普全一边收拾上课用的书本等物，装进背包内，顺便还将一副羽毛球拍装进背包。同时，他还用塑料袋装上一个篮球，准备一起提走 herve leger skirt。“一副羽毛球拍和篮球，是两所学校共用的体育用品。”周乃勋说出门的时候，郭普全看了一下天空。“有可能要下雨。”折回屋后，郭普全拿起一件雨衣，然后锁上门出发前往俄洛村小学。

“这段全是上坡路，要翻过那个山头。”郭普全边走边对成都商报记者说，“这段路不是太陡，但海拔在2000多米以上，快步走起路来还是比较累的。”
郭普全走的路其实是一条村民们平时种地经常走的小道。宽的地方1米多点，窄的地方不足半米。“这里的海拔是往返途中海拔最高的位置。”在翻越至山顶处时，郭普全回忆说，年轻的时候，他体力比较充沛，行走速度很快，但是现在已经43岁了，体力大不如前。
翻过山顶之后，后段路程全是下坡路段，但路变得不太好走。“这些路都是村民们放羊时走的。”周乃勋说。
因为天上下起小雨的原因，下坡的路变得有些湿滑，郭普全接连两次险些滑倒。
当我们一行赶到俄洛村小学的时候，10名学生已经到学校了。这里的校舍是土墙房，一样没有通电，教室内光线更为暗淡。“两个学校相距5公里以上，郭普全每天在教学路上行走的路程，来回超过了10公里。”周乃勋说。

一人教两校
他感到有些力不从心
因为年纪变大走路变慢，对于同时教两所学校，郭普全感到有些力不从心
“他不是到村里唯一的老师，但是他是唯一留下来的老师。”泥觉村村民骆阿果说，在郭普全之前，村里来过教师，但是干了一年左右，跑了 herve leger pink bandage dress，再也没有回来。因为郭普全肯在村里教书，大家都对他很好，很客气，也很希望他能更长时间地留在村中，教村里的小孩认字读书。
为了留住新来村里的老师，泥觉村的村民们想办法在生活上不断帮助郭普全。“为感谢他，我们‘送’了一座山给他。”骆阿果说，因为当时没有电，煮饭、取暖等都靠柴火。为了方便郭普全找柴火，村民们决定把离学校最近的一座山头给他，只准他进去拣柴，其余村民们不能进去，否则就要罚款。而且哪家有菜的时候，就送他点。
“村里的很多年轻人都是他的学生。”泥觉村老村长骆阿里说。“以前他也跑过一次，但被我们请回来了。”老村长骆阿里说，1996年，郭普全在暑假回家后，准备出去创一份自己的事业，不想继续待在泥觉村小学教书。“他不来，我们就去请他。”骆阿里说，他跟着老支书阿什克布走了几十公里的山路，来到汉源郭普全的家中，向其表明孩子不能没有老师。郭普全考虑了几天，最终还是回到了泥觉村小学。
“那次决定后，就再也没有想过要离开泥觉村小学了。”郭普全说，后来俄洛村的老师因条件艰苦走了，他就一人挑起了两个学校。中途俄洛村来了一个老师，但没坚持到两年，又走了。郭普全无奈之下，再次挑起两个学校，一直到现在。“我在教书的这22年里，教了两个村的260余名学生，有的学生后来还考上了大学。”甘洛县两河乡中心校校长周乃勋说，20多年的教学，山里的孩子逐渐掌握了知识，走出山门，可他依然还在那个质朴的岗位上。
2006年，郭普全与西昌市高草乡一位女子结婚，如今有一个4岁的儿子。但聚少离多的相处，让他和孩子的感情并不像其他父子那样深。“他知道我是爸爸，但不是很亲热。”郭普全说，妻子曾劝他回家做点事，他没同意。“选择坚持，是因为我舍不得山里的孩子。”不过对于同时教两所学校，郭普全感到有些力不从心。“年轻的时候体力充沛，完全能应付过来，但现在年纪大了，两个村庄之间来回行走已经没以前快了。”
